About Orchard Cottages
Orchard Cottages Limited was originally established in 1977 and with no other specialised
letting agent in the area quickly flourished managing properties in Truro, Falmouth,
Helston, the Lizard and Hayle.
Originally a member firm of NAEA, being members of
ARLA, the Property Ombudsman Scheme Landlords and tenants can be assured of a quality
service. We have not ventured out of these areas, or diluted our service to ensure
that our clients and properties receive continuity of service by our small, but
dedicated team.
Linda Spelman is currently the Cornwall representative of ARLA arranging courses
and meetings for the Association locally.
